Terms of Service

By accessing ranklocaltoday.com (the “Site”), using any of our free tools, or engaging RankLocalToday (“RankLocalToday”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for services, you (“you” or the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, the tools, or our services.

1. Services

RankLocalToday provides local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and Google Maps ranking services on a month-to-month basis. Services are delivered as described in your individual service agreement. We may update, modify, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine rankings, traffic, leads, calls, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions, your business’s reputation, and the accuracy of information you provide. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, or other outcome. Google and other platforms do not permit anyone to guarantee rankings. Any timelines, projections, case studies, or examples (including on this Site) are illustrative only and are not promises of similar results.

3. Free Tools, Calculators & Estimates

Our free tools, calculators, scorecards, and reports (including any revenue, ROI, ranking, review, or visibility estimates) are provided “AS IS” for general informational purposes only. They rely on third-party data (including Google) that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they use simplified assumptions. All figures are estimates and illustrations, not appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of any kind. You should not make business, financial, or legal decisions based solely on any tool output, and you use the tools entirely at your own risk.

4. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

Services are billed monthly in advance unless your agreement states otherwise. You may cancel before your next billing cycle; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for work performed. Fees for completed work and third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete business information and any access we reasonably require (for example, to your Google Business Profile, website, or analytics). You represent that you have the authority to grant such access and that your business and content comply with all applicable laws and the policies of relevant platforms. Delays or inaccuracies caused by you are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, designs, text, and graphics on the Site are owned by RankLocalToday or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from the Site or tools without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms (such as Google, Google Business Profile, and directory sites) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, policy updates, suspensions, penalties, or actions taken by those platforms, including any suspension, removal, or ranking change of your listing or website, regardless of cause.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, tools, and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLocalToday and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, leads, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Site, tools, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, for free-tool users, USD $0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RankLocalToday and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, tools, or services, your business, the information or content you provide, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

11. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, blog, and tools is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site, tools, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the tools, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
