We started with a full audit of their Google Business Profile. Three issues stood out: their primary category was set to the generic "Health" instead of "Chiropractor," they had zero service definitions (we added 22, including "auto accident treatment," "prenatal chiropractic," and "sciatica relief"), and their service area was set to a 5-mile radius - too small for how Denver actually searches.
The bigger lift was citation work. They had 11 directory listings; the average for their area was 47. We built out 60+ industry-specific citations (ChiroDirectory, BetterDoctor, Healthgrades) with consistent NAP.
