Why does my website "fail" the address check even though it's correct?
The address check requires the street number and street name to both appear as text on the page. It will miss an address that only exists inside an image, a PDF, or a contact-form field, since those are not readable page text - move the address into visible HTML if that is the case.
Is NAP consistency actually a ranking factor?
